Online training is provided both at the Administrator level and at the Agent User level for your travel agency. The training illustrates how to use the customer relationship management system and is divided into easy chapters so that the user can complete the entire training or repeat chapters if they so choose.

Your travel agency will be assigned an agency code which will give access to Pro File Client Care. The Agency Administrator will then upload your travel agency’s logo, add the list of travel agents and their passwords, add the agency’s list of suppliers, and upload the existing client list.

The agent user training is quick and easy and allows a travel agent to be fully functional in a day. User support is provided via phone and email.
